IAM-35 (Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique) is a meditation technique which takes 35 minutes a day and prepares you to go into a deep, calm meditative state. IAM-35 is a combination of breathing, body stretching and energy consciousness. It releases and relaxes internal pressure and stress. The course is free of charge. You need to sign up at the IAM Office in the Amritakshari building (pass south gate, make a right after the hospital you reach the parking lot: the building is on your left. Office hours are everyday from 10am to 1pm except on Tuesdays.
